Welcome! I’m a passionate advocate for women’s health, strength, and longevity—on a mission to redefine what it means to thrive in midlife and beyond. In my mid-50s and postmenopausal, I’m living proof that aging doesn’t mean slowing down—it means leveling up. Over the past five years, I’ve lost 40 pounds and transformed my health through a strategic blend of strength training, intelligent nutrition, and mindset work.

My training style combines full-body strength and hypertrophy in five focused sessions a week, complemented by Reformer Pilates for mobility, core strength, injury prevention, and power walking. I bring a deep passion and personal experience to my coaching, rooted in hormone health, aging well, and living strong through every season of life. As a woman in midlife who has transformed her health through strength training, whole food nutrition (without seed oils), and a mindset focused on lifelong wellness, I understand what it takes to thrive—not just survive—after 40. My mission is to help women feel empowered in their bodies, build lasting strength, and embrace aging as a powerful journey of growth and vitality.

My goal? To become the strongest, fittest, and healthiest version of myself by 60—and to help other women realize they can do the same.
