About 8 months ago Laura and I decided we needed a change to our workouts and decided to focus on strength training. Ditched the cardio and started lifting. It wasnt easy and it wasnt fun. A least not for me. It was intimidating. I wanted to quit. Laura motivated me to keep going. She picks me up! She lifts me up! (Seriously picks me up in her car..lol)Sometimes you need that push. 

I am just your average menopausal woman fighting weight gain and gravity, but her workouts will change your body. I'm still working on the nutrition part but thanks to her knowledge, planning and passion for fitness Im improving every day.
